Yes, I do know what you're thinking!
Taking any kind of drug is scary, not to mention taking it everyday for months sometimes years.
Actually its so scary that it took me couple of years just to decide that I'm going to do it, I Guess the depression and anxiety played a roll in giving me motivation too.
Cipralex does help, and it sure makes a difference, but to be completely honest I don't want to take a pill everyday for the rest of my life.
Promise me this, if you do decide to take any kind of anti depression and anxiety pills make sure you give the more subtle alternative a try first, you owe it to yourself, and It sometimes helps and solve the problem without the need to take any drugs.
What you can try and should try is hypnosis, NLP, CBT and there are many other techniques, give them a try you might be surprised, for me however...it wasn't enough.
Cipralex wont change who you are, it won't make you do things you don't want to do, it will just help you do the things you do want to do.
It specially helped me with depression, social anxiety and phobias, and it can sure help you if you suffer from those stuffs too.
In my blog here I'm talking more about cipralex, because this is what I'm taking right now, It doesn't mean the other pills are less good, and most important always consult your doctor.
